NON MPE Trim-Blade Analysis Fee (refundable)

The trim blades analysis service is a procedure that will allow us to reverse engineer your current blade dimensions to the nearest micron in order to manufacture a forming plate that would allow us to manufacture high quality trim-blades for your non MPE tool-sets.

Our trim-blades are made from the highest grade of materials with 3 stages of inspection prior to dispatch. In addition, we manufacture our trim-blades with 2 mil materials (not 1.7) which drastically increases the life span of the blades itself.

All that we require is one of your existing blades (which will be returned to you) in order to carry out this procedure.

The Trim-Blade Analysis Fee will be deducted from your first order of 10 blades.

Once we have your blade on file, we can manufacture replacements immediately.

We also offer a trim-blade subscription service where we will drop ship your replacement blades in intervals so that you do not need to worry about not having blades on hand. Please enquire about this service
